All of our lead teachers have either: a Bachelor of Arts degree in Education, Associates of Arts Degree in Education or a Child Development Associate Degree. The average tenure of our staff is four years. Each staff member is required to take training courses mandated by the Department of Children and Family Services as well as continuing education classes every year. Our staff is certified in First Aid and CPR.
The on site Directors have many years experience both in and out of the classroom and a degree in Education. The Directors are trained in ACC policies and procedures and continually update the curriculum to meet rising standards and the needs of our students.
