At the helm are Thomas J. Ryan, C.E.O. and C.F.O., Sherry M. Ryan, President and C.O.O., and Grace L. Geller, Executive Director. While Tom Ryan is involved in the business development and financial aspects of A Children’s Carousel, Sherry Ryan and Grace Geller are the guiding force in the daily operations.

Sherry M. Ryan currently owns and operates A Children's Carousel in Weston. The school has been in operation since 1991 and employs over 30 people. It is accredited by The National Association for the Education of Young Children (N.A.E.Y.C.), A.P.P.L.E. Is a Gold Seal Award winner and was voted “Best in Weston” four years in a row. A Children's Carousel serves children ages 24 months through Pre-Kindergarten. Spacious classrooms, high tech. computer lab, indoor "Carousel City" and a spacious shaded playground are at the disposal of degreed, certified and experienced teachers trained in the most progressive methods of Early Childhood instruction. Camp and enrichment classes in Martial Arts, Music, Dance, Gymnastics, Tennis, and Play Ball are available on campus.

The Vista School, a nationally accredited private school serving grades K-8, was founded by Ms. Ryan in 1995. During her operation, the school achieved Stanford Achievement Test Scores 2-5 years above grade level. Mr. and Ms. Ryan owned the school until June 2003. Vista Early Childhood Center was owned by the Ryans from 1993 - July 2003.
Ms. Ryan sits on the "Panel of 300" for the National Childcare Exchange. She is an entrepreneur, having founded several highly successful companies including retail operations, professional training and education consulting services. Ms. Ryan is recognized for her expertise in professional staff development, admissions, marketing and recruitment, school design, facilities and the promotion of excellent student performance. Ms. Ryan holds a BA from Shippensberg State University and MS from Nova Southeastern University and she was recently inducted into the "Who's Who of Entrepreneurs".
